Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering welcoming, personalized client experiences to drive both sales and service. This role supports the sales floor and operations through hospitality, POS assistance, gifting and wrapping, and other store duties to ensure an elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming and assisting clients to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain hospitality areas and store amenities to enhance client service and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Assist with engraving stations, boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related (e.g., hospitality) experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment and authorization to work in the United States.
