Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, creating memorable client experiences through hospitality and attentive service. This temporary role supports sales and operations by assisting clients, maintaining hospitality areas, and performing point-of-sale functions. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients as a brand ambassador to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
• Improve client experience through hospitality, stocking amenities, and maintaining a clean hospitality area.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Box, wrap, and prepare purchases, replenish POS and gifting supplies, and perform POS functions after client purchases.
• Support operations with inventory tasks, after sales servicing, and special projects; communicate service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven client service ability.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
