Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand experience and create memorable moments for every client interaction.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized styling during appointments.
- Execute in store hospitality and amenities to enhance the client experience.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service and experiences.
- Work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Strong ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email applications.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred college or university degree and multilingual ability.
