Summary
Provide exceptional in-store service as a brand ambassador to create unique client experiences, build long-term customer relationships, and drive sales performance while representing the brand on Madison Avenue.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers delivering an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through individualized service and CRM tools
- Proactively cross sell across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs
- Stay current on fashion trends and competitor activity
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary
- Maintain high standards for shop floor presentation and visual displays following operational guidelines
- Follow stock procedures and contribute to loss prevention efforts
Requirements
- Passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge and passion for luxury fashion, art, and design
- English fluency required other languages are a plus
