Client Advisor

Summary

Mandarin speaking Client Advisor responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand. Role focuses on cultivating client relationships, supporting store sales goals, and maintaining high presentation and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals
• Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
• Maintain and cultivate an active client book
• Support team members to meet store sales targets
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries
• Operate POS, open and close register, and process payments and returns
• Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policy
• Maintain merchandising standards and store readiness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mandarin speaking required
• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Proven experience developing and prospecting clients with an established client book ideal
• Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and a positive team player attitude
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends preferred
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly
