Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and exceed assigned sales goals by building and maintaining long term client relationships, tailoring the in-store experience, and utilizing clienteling tools and systems. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to store policies while supporting daily store operations and merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and special requests.
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database.
- Participate in stocking, restocking, and regular store maintenance.
- Assist with opening and closing the store and conduct team meetings as needed.
- Maintain visual standards with direction from visual merchandising and management.
- Participate in training of new client advisors and prepare for team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience, luxury retail preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use POS and inventory management functions.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Foreign language skills and ready to wear experience preferred.
