Summary
Deliver the Tiffany client experience by building relationships, driving sales, and acting as a brand ambassador at the Royalmount location. Use strong communication and clienteling skills to meet commercial targets and create memorable in-store moments through personalized service and styling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Deliver elevated client experiences during appointments using the Tiffany touch.
- Drive sales through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities to create unique in-store experiences.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS performance to improve service.
- Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or relevant client-related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email tools such as Outlook.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is desired.
