Client Advisor - San Francisco

As a Client Advisor at our San Francisco boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand's image and standards.

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
