Summary
Provide expert ready-to-wear styling and trend advice to high net worth and prospective clients while supporting and elevating in-store retail teams through training and collaboration with merchandising and client relations leaders. Drive RTW sales penetration and contribute to client retention strategies and special events to enhance the luxury client experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling services to existing and prospective high net worth clients.
- Support store selling associates during VIP client experiences and zone events.
- Drive regional Ready-to-Wear sales targets and penetration goals.
- Collaborate with store leadership and regional merchandising on client retention strategies.
- Prepare training materials and tools for full silhouette and personal styling.
- Partner with Regional Merchandising Director and Lead Stylist on collection trainings and launches.
- Conduct competitor research and share industry insights to inform selling strategy.
- Identify external opportunities to grow the RTW client network.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Ready-to-Wear styling within luxury retail.
- Experience working with high net worth and VIP clients.
- Ability to train and develop in-store selling teams.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of luxury market competitors and industry trends.
- Experience supporting product launches and promotional events.
- Excellent client centric service orientation and commercial focus.
