Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales through clientelling and retail excellence. The role supports daily store operations, visual standards, inventory management, and coaching to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Meet and exceed sales goals daily, monthly, and yearly
- Capture client data and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales service
- Generate new client relationships and nurture existing clients
- Perform daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
- Support inventory operations and process consignments, returns, and exchanges
- Model operational excellence by following policies and using proper tools
- Develop business driven initiatives, contests, and events
- Coach and train sales team members to support performance
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of retail experience
- Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities
- Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients and peers
- Sales focused and entrepreneurial personality
- Comfortable supporting inventory and operational tasks
