The Fashion Consultant provides personalized luxury personal shopping services within an exclusive Fifth Avenue Club in residence environment, driving individual sales and building client relationships through in-person and digital engagement while adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high level customer service
- Recruit new clients and grow existing client base through Club events and community outreach
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and work with sales quotas in a commission based environment
- Utilize company online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Source product from flagship stores digital inventory and distribution centers for client appointments
- Perform basic alteration fittings with guidance and training
- Maintain a consistent digital presence and create content to attract and engage clientele
- Act as a community and brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer focused luxury sales environment
- Proven ability to work with sales quotas and meet sales targets in a commission based setting
- Established network or client base across social media platforms and digital selling capability
- Strong interpersonal networking relationship and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial problem solving and ability to generate business development ideas
