Selling Specialist - Southbay

Summary

The Selling Specialist supports sales and education efforts across an assigned territory of Sephora and Ulta stores in the Southbay area. The role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, executing in-store events, and maintaining Fresh merchandising and visual standards. The position requires travel within the territory and flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH and ROI) across assigned stores.
• Assist in the execution of in-store events to drive sales and brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers meet merchandising and visual standards and report issues to the executive.
• Maintain a regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and submit hours weekly.
• Communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Sales and Education Executive.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required; experience in Sephora/Ulta environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Weekend availability (Wednesday–Sunday) and flexible working hours.
• Own means of transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and promoting the brand.
