Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional, personalized service at the Palo Alto store. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, curating elevated shopping experiences, and contributing to store performance through teamwork and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the team's sales growth.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and deliver after-sales follow-up.
• Collect and update client information to tailor future interactions and services.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising standards and collaborate with store leadership on action plans.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
