Client Advisor - Designer Sportswear

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role focuses on styling, brand knowledge, and using digital tools to drive sales and wardrobe curation. This position is onsite at the San Francisco store and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand guidance to clients in person and remotely
• Utilize digital selling tools, omni channel inventory, and store technology for outreach and sales
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize and manage personal client business to increase productivity
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with store team
• Adapt presentation of product based on client location and needs

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for client selling
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including in store and digital outreach
• Motivated and goal oriented with strong client service skills
