Responsibilities
- Engage and build strong relationships with clients offering best-in-class service in store and remotely
- Drive individual and store sales results using effective selling techniques and product knowledge
- Recruit new clients and develop existing client base including promoting virtual appointments and distance sales
- Use in-store technology to capture client information and ensure smooth client experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor
- Accurately process POS transactions and manage store administration tasks
- Participate in stock maintenance and inventory activities
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and loss prevention policies
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive store environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting customer relationships
- Deep knowledge of fashion and passion for luxury products
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- High ethics professionalism and ability to inspire trust
- Ability to adapt to different clients and fast moving environments
- Willingness to attend trainings to maintain product knowledge
