Client Advisor - Soho

Summary

Sell luxury leather goods and deliver a high level of client service at the SoHo boutique. Meet individual and store sales targets while maintaining the store image and supporting operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Use product knowledge and client relationship skills to grow a client book and maximize transaction value. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Maintain and expand a client book and capture customer information
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, and client service issues
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintenance of store image
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Tech savvy and able to utilize software tools
• Foreign language skills a plus
