- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized per company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products according to standards.

- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide prompt follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to cater to different customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
