Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

As a Seasonal Client Advisor at South Coast Plaza, you will collaborate with Moncler's sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to deliver a seamless and personalized client experience. You will embody Moncler values and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an elevated image both front of house and back of house.

• Achieve individual and team objectives while providing the best client experience.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Retrieve and deliver product requests from the back of house to the sales floor.
• Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Support operational tasks including back of house organization.
• Participate in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric with a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
