Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail service to develop sales and long term client relationships while representing the Maison with passion and deep product knowledge. Deliver personalized in-store journeys, support events and maintain accurate client records to drive repeat business and exceed goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and master key moments of the sales ceremony
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement and follow up
- Plan, support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking
- Consistently capture and manage client data using available tools
- Assist with after sales client support and act as a referent for recommendations
- Communicate Maison values, history and product stories with passion
- Maintain broad knowledge of collections and adapt approach to customers
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory, merchandising and visuals
- Comply with operational policies and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail service or hospitality
- College degree preferred
- General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
- Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends
