Summary

Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience by building lasting client relationships, representing the brand with professionalism, and meeting commercial targets. The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours and proficiency with POS and client tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand in every client interaction and elevate the in-store experience.
• Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data and leverage clienteling to grow outreach business.
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and personalized styling during appointments.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients, build rapport, and deliver memorable service moments.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays and authorization to work in the United States.
• Spanish speaker preferred; college degree preferred.
