Responsibilities
- Master the client journey to build long term client relationships and drive sales
- Proactively engage existing and potential clientele and execute personalized reach out campaigns
- Provide styling guidance across brand categories and prepare for client appointments
- Utilize CRM tools to capture client data, notes, and meet KPI targets
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs, and complaints
- Maintain product presentation, replenishment on the sales floor and manage warehouse stock
- Partner with visual team to follow display guidelines and report to store management
- Use POS system for client transactions and support operational tasks like shipping and receiving
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with a relevant client base
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting targets
- Exceptional customer relationship building and communication skills
- Computer skills to operate retail POS and MS Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving abilities
