The Client Advisor represents the brand in every client interaction, building lasting client relationships and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. This role requires a passion for luxury retail, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to exceed sales goals and cultivate repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated in store client experience through personalized service and hospitality.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using client tracking systems.
- Promote key product pillars to drive business and meet sales plan.
- Execute best practices and take action on client feedback and experience metrics.
- Work non traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality or relevant client related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking systems and email.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and provide exceptional service.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred: college degree or Gemological Institute of America coursework or Graduate Gemologist credentials.
- Preferred: proficiency in multiple languages.
