Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and personalized selling in a luxury retail environment. Build and maintain client relationships through consultative appointments and clienteling to drive loyalty and lifetime value. Consistently work to achieve commercial targets while creating memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and represent the brand during every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and accurate client data capture.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and drive repeat business.
• Conduct consultative appointments, style clients, and convert opportunities through discovery and product expertise.
• Optimize in-store hospitality, amenities, and act on client feedback to elevate the shopping experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality with a proven record of commercial results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
