Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail sales professional who delivers exceptional in-store experiences and builds lasting client relationships. This role focuses on driving sales by deepening client engagement, capturing client data, and promoting key product pillars. The Client Advisor is expected to consistently meet or exceed sales goals while providing personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Embodies the brand and delivers personalized client interactions to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture accurate client data.
• Drive business through key product pillars and execute the Tiffany selling experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high-touch service.
• Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college or university degree, Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework, and proficiency in multiple languages.
