Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. during the holiday season by creating welcoming, memorable client experiences. They support sales, hospitality, and store operations while maintaining the brand's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver personalized hospitality and service.
• Manage waiting lists, maintain hospitality areas, and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist with engraving, gift wrapping, point-of-sale functions, and replenishing supplies.
• Support store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
