Client Advisor - Mandarin Speaker

Summary

Represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering an elevated luxury client experience and building long-term client relationships. Use consultative selling and personalized service to meet and exceed commercial targets, driving repeat business and client loyalty. Fluency in Mandarin is required to support a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients on the sales floor and in appointments, using consultative discovery to convert and grow sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling activities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets and key product pillar goals.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and client tracking systems and act on client feedback to enhance the in-store experience.
• Style clients and create memorable in-store moments that deepen loyalty and drive repeat purchases.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Fluency in Mandarin and the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States. A college degree and proficiency in additional languages are desired.
