Responsibilities
- Engage clients using a branded personalized selling approach to create memorable experiences.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Conduct appointments and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
- Promote key product pillars and identify opportunities to grow business.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver elevated service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email software.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
