Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering luxury retail service at the Tysons Galleria store, driving sales through client outreach and appointments while maintaining product knowledge and store standards. Reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, visual presentation, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize selling techniques including cross-selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients via appointments consignments and promote new collections and in-store events
- Maintain and update client profile records and nurture strong client relationships
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning as needed
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation signage and lighting
- Continuously seek feedback and participate in training to sustain high product knowledge
- Adhere to company policies procedures and promote a respectful work environment
- Be mobile on the sales floor and assist with inventory and holiday season coverage
Requirements
- 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team oriented attitude
- Polished well groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work closing shifts minimum three times per week and required weekend availability
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Demonstrated clienteling skills and ability to build a loyal client following
