The Client Advisor represents the brand while delivering high-quality client service and achieving individual sales goals. The role builds meaningful client relationships through product expertise, personalized outreach, and a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture local and international client relationships through personalized outreach, appointments, and follow-up.
• Use product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and provide tailored recommendations and styling guidance.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership.
• Support merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping, stock organization, inventory counts, and boutique operating procedures.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques, process charge-send sales, and assist with packing or wrapping purchases.
