Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Valentino in New York, you will play a vital role in driving store business by achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through the Valentino Couture Service.

• Develop strong product knowledge and master the Client Journey.
• Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Deliver impeccable service in all phases of the client interaction, from preparation to farewell.
• Focus on client development and retention, as well as recruitment of new clients.
• Engage clients through various selling opportunities, including walk-ins and private appointments.
• Participate actively in achieving store sales and business KPIs.
• Handle sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Follow display guidelines and report relevant information to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
• Use POS system for client transactions and support operations team with inventory tasks.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
• Proven track record in sales and excellent product knowledge.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Confidence in developing relationships with clients and team members.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
