Summary
The Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, guiding them across the brand, and cultivating relationships while supporting store goals and visual merchandising or training needs as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level client service and represent the brand in all interactions.
- Welcome clients and develop long lasting client relationships through active management.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new clientele.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
- Interest in fashion and luxury goods with fashion forward sensibilities.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to perform varied tasks and follow reasonable management requests.
