SummaryLoewe is seeking a Client Advisor, Visual Specialist to join our Phipps Plaza location opening in March 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for building client relationships within the luxury market while achieving sales goals through our company values. You will also maintain the visual standards of the store, partnering with the VM corporate team to facilitate and execute floor changes.
Responsibilities- Meet individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals.
- Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers.
- Support sales staff with merchandise needs not on the sales floor.
- Engage effectively with a team selling mentality.
- Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to grow sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and develop lasting relationships with clients to increase retention.
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Develop and maintain a client book to assist in growing an engaged clientele.
- Follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the selling space.
- Participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell through.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
- Partner with Management for replenishment on sold-out styles, collection feedback, and product performance.
- Liaison with the Visual Merchandising team to follow global VM guidelines.
- Support North America structure by providing coaching, training, and feedback.
- Adapt VM based on store requirements and architecture.
- Provide VM support for in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Biweekly reporting to the line manager and VM team.
Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Customer-centric and self-motivated.
- Solid experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate eloquently with third parties.
- Proven track record to lead and prioritize projects.
- Flexible, good communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Computer skills: office package and mac.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (and/or French) is a plus but not required.
