Summary

The Client Advisor will represent the brand at the Wailea store, delivering personalized, memorable experiences to a discerning clientele. This role focuses on discovering client needs, advising across product categories, and building long-term relationships through in-house clienteling tools. The position requires a customer-focused, commercial mindset and the ability to perform in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to store performance
• Learn and maintain expert Brand and product knowledge across categories
• Advise and guide clients to meet their needs and preferences
• Proactively develop and maintain client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM
• Tailor the in-store experience to elevate client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market
• Strong commercial aptitude with a proven customer service focus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport
• Comfortable using clienteling systems and maintaining ongoing client follow-up
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
