Summary

Dual-sided Store Director responsible for leading and developing the teams and business across Waikiki Gump and Hilton Hawaiian Village. Accountable for driving sales, building sustainable client relationships, and ensuring exceptional client experiences through hands-on leadership. Oversees store operations, budget, recruitment and people development to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop multi-site store teams to deliver brand standards and sales targets.
• Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to achieve store goals and grow client portfolios.
• Supervise store operations, inventory control and budgetary performance across both locations.
• Role model selling on the floor, driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling.
• Recruit, onboard and build highly motivated, trained and engaged teams with individual development plans.
• Provide regular feedback and performance management to support team career progression.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a sophisticated, client-centric luxury retail environment.
• Strong sales leadership with a track record of building client portfolios and driving repeat business.
• Experience managing operations, budgets and multi-site performance.
• Excellent people development, recruitment and coaching skills.
• Comfortable and active presence on the sales floor with exceptional client service orientation.
