Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement for women's designer ready to wear. Role is onsite and includes both in-person and digital client servicing using store technology and omni-channel inventory. Reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on achieving personal sales and client conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized outreach and styling.
• Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales.
• Use digital tools, social media, and store technology to engage clients and sell.
• Sell to clients both in-store and remotely using omni-channel inventory.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and wardrobing targets.
• Strategize and manage personal business to increase productivity and outreach.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients.

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, and fashion retail.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology.
• Commission sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Motivated and able to set and achieve sales goals.
• Flexible work schedule to meet store and client needs.
• Comfortable using omni-channel selling tools and fleetwide inventory.
