• Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
• Uphold visual display standards and maintain organized stock areas.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and team-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.
