Client Advisor - Yorkdale

As a Client Advisor at Moncler Yorkdale, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying the Moncler Client Promise. You will create a welcoming environment, discover client needs, guide them across the brand, and cultivate relationships while achieving individual and store goals. Additionally, you will support the store team with Visual Merchandising or Training needs.

• Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience in line with Moncler standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric with a passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in English required; additional languages preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
