Senior Client Advisor - Holt Renfrew

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Holt Renfrew, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will embody the Gucci brand, fostering strong relationships with clients and acting as a brand ambassador.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer-centric sales.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate training and ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
• Provide exceptional client service and exceed shopping needs.
• Attract new clients through community networking.
• Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
• Maintain visual display standards and support daily store operations.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver positive customer experiences and measurable results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
