Client Advisor - Yorkdale

As a Client Advisor at Vacheron Constantin in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a client portfolio. You will ensure a unique client experience and participate in the daily operations of the boutique.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and adapt approach according to client needs.
• Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
• Support after-sales clients and maintain teamwork.
• Cultivate client relationships and participate in CRM initiatives.
• Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with daily boutique operations and comply with security policies.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain displays.
• Receive shipments and apply quality control.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and strong brand ambassador skills.
• Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player with flexible working hours.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
