As a Client Care and Operations Associate at Louis Vuitton Legacy West, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional after-sales service and fostering strong client relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood, while supporting the store's operations.

• Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations.
• Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
• Follow up consistently with clients regarding their items or inquiries, exploring options or recommendations that best suit the client and company.
• Master in-depth knowledge of the brand's technological aspects, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to define a smooth Back of House process and routine to support the client experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a client-centric role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inform clients effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills to explore options and recommendations for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Operations team to enhance the client experience.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, quality control, and client satisfaction processes.
