Material Handler

As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing the distribution and logistics of eyewear products. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of eyewear returns and credits, while maintaining professional communication with business partners and internal teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Luxottica's After Sales Eyewear Returns.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of credits.
• Communicate professionally with business stakeholders regarding status, obstacles, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with After Sales leadership on issues, status, and resolution.
• Support business needs by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage trouble log and resolution SOPs.

• Excellent communication skills and organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with excellent mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and flex between roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
