Client Development Manager

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Development Manager to join our Aventura team. The role involves managing client engagement across the lifecycle and acting as an internal consultant to develop robust client journeys. The position requires analyzing trends, understanding purchasing patterns, and implementing strategic plans to enhance the client experience and value.

• Design and implement client journey pipelines using the Salesforce platform and in-house clienteling software.
• Identify and recruit clients to new categories and channels, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Produce business development strategies and execute recovery plans to ensure revenue retention.
• Build store clienteling targeting to meet sales and cross-selling targets.
• Manage adoption of outreach and client journey programs.
• Mine client data to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities.
• Track and integrate results from past campaigns for continual improvement.
• Build innovative analysis and reporting for actionable insights at all store levels.
• Provide on-demand, weekly, and monthly reporting related to client engagement and lifecycle.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience.
• Expertise in Excel, including creating formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups.
• Ability to manage and produce high-quality analytical deliverables.
• Strong relationship-building skills and professional executive presentation presence.
• Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
