Client Development Manager, Northeast

Summary

The Client Development Manager advances adoption of clienteling tools and behaviors across retail teams in the Northeast region. The role trains and supports store teams and field leaders to strengthen client relationships, drive sales, and improve client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

Responsibilities

• Train retail teams on clienteling tools, metrics, customer outreach, and relationship management.
• Visit stores and lead in-person and virtual training to assess adoption of key initiatives.
• Analyze client activity, sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities; prepare reports and presentations.
• Partner with regional and district leaders and teams across store operations, marketing, IT, business intelligence, sales, and product development.
• Gather user feedback and support process and software improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in retail field and store environments; retail field leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success driving client engagement results and training employees.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and aptitude for learning technical applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for weekend work and travel.
