Responsibilities- Be a role model for the company culture, ensuring a World Class Client Experience for every client.
- Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom.
- Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
- Welcome clients in a timely manner and use CRM to facilitate unique experiences.
- Probe clients to discover likes and dislikes to personalize each experience.
- Support all aspects of the client experience and hospitality within the showroom.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and complete all training requirements.
- Be the first point of contact with all clients and attend departmental meetings.
- Recommend changes to systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
- Complete all duties as assigned by management.
Requirements- Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
- Experience with hospitality strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients.
- Understanding of World Class Customer Experience.
- Basic selling skills techniques.
- Experience working within a high performing team.
- IT literate and adaptable to change.
