• 2+ years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store or department.
• Proven track record of coaching and development with tangible improvements.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Keen understanding of luxury retail business plans and initiatives.
• Passion for maintaining core values and fostering an inclusive environment.
