Store Director - Royalmount

As a Store Director at Balenciaga Royalmount, you will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty among clients, particularly VICs and VVICs, to achieve store business goals. You will sustain the brand image, achieve sales and KPIs goals, manage the store team, and ensure compliance with all processes and guidelines set by the HQ/HO.

• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
• Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
• Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustaining and promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally.
• Ensure that all processes are in compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.

• 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
• Ability to provide excellent service to local and international clients in both French and English languages.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness.
• High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
• Mastering digital skills and product and fashion sensitivity.
