Summary
The Client Relationship Manager partners with boutique management to build a clienteling culture and drive client growth by planning and implementing client initiatives before during and after service. This role leads CRM activities including onboarding training, daily coaching, reporting usage and coordinating client transitions to ensure consistent follow up and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Develop weekly monthly quarterly and yearly client plans with boutique management
- Lead daily Diorly meetings and host one on one touch base sessions with sales associates
- Onboard and provide ongoing training and refresher sessions for Be Dior usage
- Monitor and enforce sales associate accountability for CRM tool usage and checklist adherence
- Use CRM reporting functions to drive outreach monitor results and allocate clients during transitions
- Lead gifting initiatives global and one to one and manage gift lists to meet ROI goals
- Ensure timely follow up of new clients to achieve repeat sales within six months
- Complete administrative tasks related to client initiatives including list evaluation and gift logistics
- Partner with corporate CRM Events Client Development and PCR Director to execute client strategies
Requirements
- Experience coaching and advising sales teams on client outreach
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in person and by telephone
- Skilled in using client reports creating actionable plans and monitoring performance
- Strong communication and listening skills to coordinate with boutique teams and corporate partners
- Ability to proactively update corporate teams on boutique client activities
- Experience managing gifting initiatives and event related client lists
- Attention to administrative detail and timely completion of guidelines and tasks
