Manager, Client Development - Bal Harbour

Summary

Lead and coach boutique teams to deliver elevated client experiences while driving business growth and representing the brand in the local market. Provide training, performance management, and partner with the Boutique Director to support operational standards and client development activities. Role requires frequent in-store presence and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the selling floor coaching and inspiring the team to deliver elevated client experiences
• Foster a positive work environment and culture of feedback and teamwork
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge and service delivery
• Lead team performance using key performance indicators and continuous improvement
• Develop the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses
• Support and equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge
• Manage boutique image and operational standards to drive business results

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to lift 15 lb
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
