Summary

The Client Service Representative supports the day-to-day management of client service functions at the boutique. The role oversees point-of-sale operations, aftersales, phone communications, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention, and client service, while assisting with boutique operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the boutique point-of-sale system and cash integrity.
• Manage aftersales, phone communications, inventory control, loss prevention, and client service functions.
• Assist with management of all areas of boutique operations as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours and days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise and fixtures, and lift boxes.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
