Summary
The Client Service Representative Supervisor manages day-to-day client service functions in the boutique, overseeing POS operations, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention and supporting boutique operations alongside management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service through greeting acknowledging and assisting customers
- Oversee and perform accurate register transactions and cash handling
- Manage telephone etiquette handle inquiries take messages and transfer calls
- Assist with packing wrapping and processing customer exchanges and returns
- Maintain opening and closing procedures securing cash and receipts
- Keep register area orderly and stocked with necessary supplies
- Support floor moves merchandising display maintenance and housekeeping
- Participate in inventories and assist in loss prevention and inventory control
- Train coach and manage stock associates on operational tasks safety and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience luxury background preferred
- Ability to work a full time variable schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow through skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move handle boxes and fixtures
- Willingness to adhere to company policies procedures regulations and standards
- Availability to travel as needed
